Week 2 → AI Search to Templates; your repeatable foundation

This week, we turn a RealScout AI Search into a reusable Template.

You will see workflows to paste/re-use a prompt → use Insights to adjust → then save as a Template.

What you’ll learn
  • How to paste a descriptive prompt into AI Search and let it generate filters
  • How to use Insights to quickly refine location, price strategy, and filter logic
  • How to save a Template using a naming rule you can stick with (Area + Intent), so your future marketing is copy/paste

Week 3 → Tag-Based Automation; using RealScout to scale your Templates & inform your follow-up

This week, we turn your Templates and/or Search Links into a repeatable follow-up workflow using tags.
Get clear guidance on using tags & begin building your own tagging pattern you can reuse to keep contacts organized and make outreach and automation more predictable.

  • How to use a simple tag framework (Segment + Intent) to keep your tagging system clear and understandable
  • How to apply tags, so you can understand how template automation works for you
  • Which RealScout tags are added internally for you

Week 4 → "Always-On" Marketing with any of your RealScout links

This week, we turn at least one of your RealScout links into an always-on entry point. You can use any RealScout Search Link, any marketing/onboarding link, or even your built-in landing pages placed in your email signature, text signature, or as a scannable QR code to work for you at all times.

What you’ll learn
  • Where to get your Search Link, "What's My Home Worth?" link, or your built-in onboarding links
  • Patterns you can follow for your signature, with tips on how/where to add on mobile/desktop email applications
  • Generate a QR code from your link(s) and save it to your phone camera roll and/or computer for dedicated reuse in print, slides, or Stories
